More Than a Trainer.
I’m Jai Joseph, an athlete and coach with a strong passion for physical performance, mental resilience, and helping people reach their potential.
My background is rooted in boxing, Muay Thai, basketball, and endurance training. These disciplines have shaped not only how I train, but how I think, approach challenges, and stay disciplined. I also spent time living and training in Thailand, fully immersing myself in the culture of Muay Thai and the mindset of focus, consistency, and resilience that comes with it.
Alongside my hands-on experience, I hold Level 2 and Level 3 fitness qualifications, with advanced knowledge in nutrition, anatomy, and performance coaching.
I created ProFo to bridge the gap between elite-level training and everyday life. My aim is to help people become stronger, more capable versions of themselves, physically, mentally, and emotionally. Whether you’re training for performance or simply working toward a healthier way of living, ProFo provides the structure, intensity, and support to help you get there.

Jai has genuinely changed how I feel about the gym. My goal was to build strength in my legs, and he just gets it, in classes or PT sessions, he knows exactly how to push me.
